Frequently Asked Questions

Each of our FAM trips includes a professional photographer who will provide you with high-quality images from your experience for your social media and marketing needs. Additionally, our in-house social media manager will curate daily posts that you can access and use. These services are included in the cost you pay to attend the FAM.

In addition to the photography and social media services, your FAM cost covers arrival and departure transfers, meals, accommodations, beverages, tours, entry fees, in-country transportation unless otherwise noted, and other specified items listed in your FAM-specific documentation.

Not included in your FAM cost are flights, city taxes, gratuities, shopping, items of a personal nature, and travel insurance.

During the day, casual attire is appropriate. In the evenings, when dining at hotel properties, please be prepared for cocktails and dinners with the properties' general managers or sales managers. Dinners at local restaurants will be more casual. Additionally, many of the hotels have spas so please remember to bring a bathing suit. We will inform you of any specific items needed for your particular FAM trip upon payment.

Please be mindful that there is limited space for luggage in the transfer van. We ask that you pack accordingly.

All accommodations are single occupancy, so we cannot accommodate additional guests at this time. We will be traveling by private chauffeured van, so there is limited space for attendees.

Our FAM's are limited to accommodate up to 6 advisors. We pride ourselves on offering intimate and personalized experiences to ensure that all agents get the most out of their FAM experience.

Depending on hotel availability, we may be able to provide you an industry rate when arriving early or departing late.
